A: The new customer need pay some sample charge after confirm our price, but the charge will be deducted from formal order.

A: Yes, We can custom machined parts according to 2D/3D drawing.
Q4. Can you make metal parts besed on our samples?
A: Yes, Our engineer will design the drawing according to your sample, the the production department will make the same sample.
Q5. What's quality control device in house?
A: Our quality department has a wide range of quality control equipment and methods to achieve it. The QC manager also check important dimension before delivery goods.
Q6. How long does it take to have products?
A: It varies a little depending on product size and complexity of its shape and the quantity. We will give our extact delivery time when you get the quotation.
Q7. What kind of payment conditions do you accept?
A: If the total amount <=3000USD, 100% payment in advance before the production.
If the total amount >3000USD, 50% T/T deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.
Q8. What guarantee that you will make them as good as we dou?
A: we can offer 1~3 pcs of samples to you for approval, if the quality is okay, and we will proceed our business.we always inspect all spec. shown on drawings, and we can offer inspect report to you.
Q9. What quarantee do we get that it's made from the correct material?
A: We can offer material certificates which will assure you we use correct material.
